The Great 2012 Intern Hunt – Honey & Dear is looking for our next Intern!

Hi There.

We are looking for a person to help us with the 2012 Wedding Season that is actually quickly approaching.  We are looking for someone young and motivated who has a passion for doing things the right way.  This isn’t a job for someone who just likes showing up. This is a foot-in-the-door to an incredible industry that literally has endless opportunities.

We are looking first for someone with energy and dedication to quality. We can teach you what you need to know – so experience is not as important as you think.

We are a small but hard-working company and we don’t have any room for complacency.

Here are some of the tasks we are looking for help with:

*Production Assistant (general assistance with tasks related to filming)

*Possible filming tasks (under our supervision to start)

*Editing of wedding films

*Other tasks including blogging, graphic design, marketing, sales & research

As a company that is nearly 4 years in business – we have already experienced being flown to Australia, Singapore and the Dominican Republic. We have been honoured to film nearly a hundred weddings to date for some truly amazing people.

2012 won’t be any different. We are already booked to film the weddings of an international recording artist as well as an NHL Hockey Player.

Our studio is located in Barrie, and being able to get to our studio at least for the start of the internship is required.  Reliable transportation is also a must. Owning a MacBook Pro is a strong plus. Experience with filming or editing is also going to get you a gold star. Photographers are welcome to apply too!

This is an internship for now – but depending 100% on you – this could turn into a longer, paid relationship.

We are looking for a commitment for the 2012 Wedding Season which runs January through October.
