Please bare with us as we share with you one of our latest Same Day Edits…
Amanda and Ross got married in a blisteringly hot outdoor ceremony behind our favourite toronto wedding venue, the Steam Whistle Brewing Company. It was at times a cheeky ceremony and while nothing under Ross’s kilt was ever fully exposed, we hope you got a good taste of his rear from this video. Ok. enough bum jokes. Were any of them really all that funny? I do admit – I’ve been nervous to post this because of the the opening scene, but the bottom line is… (ok – i’ll stop)
I actually really appreciate Ross’s sense of humour. Over the past year – we’ve gotten to know both he and Amanda through various Skype chats and Facebook interactions. Ross and I have actually gotten comfortable enough to play the odd practical joke on one another. In fact, I think I actually had Ross for a few minutes when I pretended to have the wrong information about his wedding date (haha Ross). But – he certainly returned the favour a few times himself
Amanda is a beautiful woman and she is a great writer too. So much so that i’m mildly afraid that she’ll rip this blog post to pieces – but we’ll see how it goes! Amanda, along with the help of her planner and decorator Crystal from Distinct Occasions put together a beautiful day that we’ll remember for a long time for sure. We loved spending the day with Ottawa photography Natalie Spencer who does incredible work – can’t wait to see the photos!!
The music used in this Same Day Edit is “Love You Good” by the band Trent + Amy and was licensed through TheMusicBed.com.
Thank you Ross and Amanda for having us on your wedding day. We had an amazing time and we’d really love to hang out when you do in fact finally move back to Toronto! Maybe not too often, because I have a hard time with your accent, Ross, but… Ok ok. I’ll quit before I make a real ass of myself
